Looking for effective workouts to build your body?
These workouts are based on the newest sports medicine and science. They will help you build a balanced physique, kickstart weight and fat loss and decrease stress levels.
Remember that I am not a personal trainer (yet). Still, I consider myself advanced regarding to proper training due to my medical background and research in sports medicine. Remember that each individual needs workouts designed specifically for their body. What works for me might not work for you. You know your body best!

Always activate your Glutes before each Workout
- Better protection of your joints: hips, knees in particular
- Fight arthritis: strong muscles will take off pressure of your joints
- Posture: Stand up more straight by engaging your hip and core muscles
- Burn more calories: Glutes are the biggest muscles in our body
- Build a lifted, beautiful butt: You can spot someone has been training by looking at their rear! It is not about the size but about the shape and muscle mass.
- Functional training: Never experience back pain again after picking up something from the ground. Strong glutes make your life easier!
