My experience with Yoga Download
I haven’t tried all of their workouts yet, there are too many!
The one I have enjoyed the most is made specifically for those strength training regularly. If you have followed my programs or tried my workouts, you know I train hard. I typically get sore after every workout. Thus, I need to stretch those muscles and release any tight trigger points. Otherwise, it is easy to get injured or develop muscle imbalances.

Another video I am very fond if is the Yoga Strength Training Class. This one got me sweating quickly and I was feeling it the next day!
What I liked about this program
First of all, you can schedule your online classes. This is very convenient, as I like to plan my week ahead every Sunday. This way, I see my workout as an appointment and cannot skip it. I schedule my day around it and make it work.
